NANA KWARTENG NAMED NECC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

WESTON, Mass.-Regis College men’s soccer player Nana Kwarteng (Milford, Mass.) was named New England Collegiate Conference rookie of the week Monday morning for his performances during the past week.

Kwarteng tallied his first collegiate career goal against Clark University on Saturday in a 3-1 loss to the Cougars.  He has played in 14 games for the Pride and notched five shots on goal this season for a shot percentage of .200.

The Pride’s next matchup is scheduled against Lesley College this Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
