
WILDER'S FOUR KILLS NOT ENOUGH IN 3-0 SETBACK
February 4, 2012Emerson College defeated Regis College 3-0 (25-10, 25-10, 25-15) on Saturday afternoon in men’s volleyball action in Weston, Mass. Regis drops to 0-2 this year while the Lions pick up their first win of the season and improve to 1-0. Drew Wilder (Brockton, Mass.) posted four kills to lead the Pride.

February 2, 2012The Regis College men’s volleyball team opened its 2012 campaign with a 3-0 setback to Southern Vermont College on Thursday night in New England Collegiate Conference action. The Pride falls to 0-1 on the young year and 0-1 in league play while the Mountaineers improve to 1-4 and 1-0 in the NECC.

PRIDE TABBED FOR SIXTH IN NECC PRESEASON POLL
January 24, 2012The Regis College men’s volleyball team has been picked to finish sixth in the standings according to the New England Collegiate Conference men’s volleyball preseason poll, it was announced by the conference offices on Tuesday afternoon. Voting was conducted amongst the league’s head coaches.

HOPE BENJAMIN AND BEN PERRY WIN ATHLETIC DEPARTMENTS HIGHEST HONORS
April 29, 2011WESTON, Mass.—In its annual athletics award banquet, Regis College recognized Hope Benjamin (Rochester, Mass./Old Rochester Regional) and Benjamin Perry (Chicopee, Mass./Chicopee) with the departments highest athletic awards. Benjamin was honored with the Mother Regis Award, while Perry received the Casserly Award. Both awards are named after Regis College founder Sister Mary Regis Casserly.
