2024-25:
Indoor: Second Team All-GNAC...Set PRs in every regular season meet throughout season...Finished second as part of the 4x400 (3:32.60) relay team...Part of two school records - 4x400 (3:32.07) and DMR (11:28.56) - at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships.
Outdoor: Third Team All-GNAC (4x100, 4x800)...Track Athlete of the Week (Mar. 23)...Part of the SPR team who set new school record (3:49.52) at the Regis Spring Classic...Set PRs in the 200 (23.60) and 400 (50.72) at the Regis Spring Classic...Grabbed a pair of third place finishes in the 4x100 and 4x800 at the GNAC Outdoor Championships.
2023-24: Academic All-GNAC
Indoor: At GNAC Championships, finished sixth in one mile run with personal-best time of 5:00.21 and 13th in 800 meter run in 2:14.22, plus competed in distance medley relay that finished fourth.
Outdoor: All-GNAC ... At GNAC Championships, ran second leg of 4x800 meter relay that finished second with school-record time of 8:37.11 ... Also finished fifth in 1500 meter run with personal-best time of 4:28.96 and 10th in 800 meter run in 2:12.09, plus competed in 4x400 meter relay that finished third.
2022-23:
Indoor: At GNAC Championships, finished fourth in 400 meter dash in 51.72 seconds and seventh in 200 meter dash in 23.70 seconds ... Also participated in 4x400 meter relay that finished fourth overall.
Outdoor: All-GNAC (400 Meter Dash) ... GNAC Men's Track & Field Rookie of the Week (March 27) ... At New England Division III Outdoor Championships, helped set school record in 4x800 meter relay with overall time of 8:37.62 ... At GNAC Championships, finished third in 400 meter dash in 54.20 seconds and sixth in 800 meter run with time of 2:15.95 ... Also part of 4x400 meter relay (3:52.57) and 4x800 meter relay (8:41.04) that both finished second ... At Regis Pre-Conference Meet, finished third in 800 meter run with time of 2:07.43.
