Regis College goalkeeper D.J. Barrile (Medford, Mass.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Year, it was announced Monday morning by the league offices. Head Coach Randy Fraser was selected as the conference Coach of the Year after leading the Crimson and Gold to a program best 13-4 record and a NECC Championship in his first year at Regis.
The #1 Regis College men’s lacrosse team won their first ever New England Collegiate Conference championship as they defeated defending NECC titleholder #3 Becker College 10-6 on Saturday afternoon in a packed Regis Stadium.
