As a Freshman:
At GNAC Championships, finished third in 50 fly (28.05) and 200 fly (2:23.41/2:24.09) as well as fourth in 100 fly (1:02.82/1:02.93) and sixth in one-meter diving (159.65) ... Also part of 200 free relay (26.37 - 50 free split) and 400 medley relay (1:01.84 - 100 fly split) that finished in second place ... At NEISDA Championships, finished eighth in 100 fly (1:02.29/1:02.33), 11th in 200 fly (2:22.37), and 13th in 50 fly (27.94/28.13), plus part of top-eight finishes in 200 free relay, 200 medley relay, and 400 medley relay.
Lancisi was a three-sport athlete at Milford High School, competing in cross country, swimming, and lacrosse. She was a captain of all three teams during her senior year. In swimming, she was a three-time Hockomock League All-Star as well as a two-time Daily News All-Star and team MVP. She also received the team's Most Dedicated Award in 2015-16.
Lancisi participated with the Hockomock Area YMCA (HAY) Swim Team for three years. In 2017-18, she received the James Horne Award and the Most Improved Award.
Lancisi was born in Milford, Mass. She is the oldest daughter of Mark and Michelle Lancisi. She has a younger brother named Joey and a younger sister named Kayla. She is majoring in nursing.
