Bio
Emily Kosak enters her fourth as an assistant coach for the Regis College lacrosse program in the 2025-26 academic year.
Kosak was a four-year letterwinner for the Pride from 2016 to 2019, earning Third Team All-GNAC honors in 2019. She played in a program-record 75 career matches, starting 71 of them, and finished with 81 goals and 29 assists for 110 career points along with 157 ground balls, 98 draw controls, and 45 caused turnovers. Entering the 2022 season, Kosak is fifth in career points and career ground balls as well as tied for fifth in career draw controls and sixth in both career goals and career assists.
Kosak graduated from Regis College in May 2019 with her bachelor's degree in exercise science.
