Bio

Courtney Duggan is entering her 12th year as head coach of the Regis women's lacrosse team in the 2025-26 year. In addition, for the fall 2021 season, she served as interim field hockey coach.

All time winningest coach in program history - earned her 100th career victory on April 6, 2024 against Elms. 

Prior to Regis

She spent six seasons as an assistant coach in the NESCAC at Tufts University, helping guide the program to NCAA Tournament appearances in 2009 and 2011. During her time at Tufts, the team won the 2009 NESCAC regular season title and made consistent postseason runs, competing in the NESCAC Tournament each year from 2008 to 2013.

Athletic Career

As a player, she competed at the Division II level at Stonehill College, where she was part of a dominant era for the program. She helped lead the team to NCAA national championships in 2003 and 2005, and was a four-time Northeast-10 Conference champion. A member of the undefeated 21-0 national title team in 2005, she was inducted into the Stonehill Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011.
