Bio
Samantha Crough enters her fifth year as the head coach of the Regis College women's basketball team in 2025-26.

Prior to Regis
She spent four seasons as an assistant coach at Carnegie Mellon University, where she led recruiting efforts, managed opponent scouting, and helped prepare practices and game plans. Her responsibilities also included coordinating team travel logistics and creating content for the program’s social media platforms.
Prior to Carnegie Mellon, she served as an assistant coach at Williams College. There, she worked closely with both guards and forwards, led the junior varsity team as head coach, and handled film breakdown and game analysis.
She began her coaching career as an assistant at Emerson College during the 2014–15 season.
Athletic Career
As a student-athlete at Endicott College, she was a standout member of the women’s basketball team, scoring 1,284 career points. A three-time All-Commonwealth Coast Conference honoree, she helped lead Endicott to three consecutive ECAC Tournament appearances. She graduated as the program’s all-time leader in field goals made, ranked fifth in both career points and blocked shots, and was named Endicott’s Female Athlete of the Year as a senior.
Education
Endicott 2014 - Psychology Degree with a minor in sociology and a certificate in coaching.
Lasell 2020 - Masters in Sports Mangement with a concentration in Leadership
Memberships
During the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons, Crough was the Region I voter for the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) NCAA Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll.
