Personal:
O'Neal's parents are Darlene and Ardell O'Neal. His brother Jacob is also on the Regis College cross country and track & field teams, plus he has two other brothers named Austin and Wayne. Ben, Jacob, and Austin (competing for Husson) are triplets. Majoring in criminal justice.
