Thuotte Represents Men's Indoor Track and Field at New England Championships
BRIGHTON, Mass. — Justin Thuotte represented the Regis College men's indoor track and field team at the New England Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships. The senior competed in both the long jump and triple jump.
Thuotte finished 17th overall in the long jump with a mark of 6.36 meters, ranking as the second-highest Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) student-athlete in the event. In the triple jump, he recorded a leap of 12.87 meters for 19th overall.
He closes the indoor season having set three new program records: Triple Jump (13.45m), Long Jump (6.90m), and High Jump (1.90m).
Thuotte will now transition to the outdoor track and field season, with the team set to open competition on Friday, March 27 at the Gordon Invitational.
