Taylor is a public health major from Richmond, Vt....He is the son of Jim Garner and Jean-Marie Severance...During his high school career he was the 2014-15 Vermont State Silver Medal winner in the Discus and 2014-15 Vermont State Bronze Medal winner in the Shot Put.
