OWENS FINISHES 8TH, RACES IN NEICAAA CHAMPIONSHIPS TOMORROW

Sophomore Matt Owens (Boston, Mass.) finished 8th in a 31-runner field in the 100m dash at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Championships on Friday afternoon at Westfield State University.

WESTFIELD, Mass. - Sophomore Matt Owens (Boston, Mass.) finished 8th in a 31-runner field in the 100m dash at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Championships on Friday afternoon at Westfield State University.

Owens finished the race in 11.025 seconds and finished third in his heat to qualify for the finals.

The 100m finals will take place on Saturday afternoon at 2:10 p.m.
