As a Freshman:
At GNAC Championships, finished third in 50 backstroke (27.13) and fourth in 100 backstroke (1:00.03) and in 200 backstroke (2:16.40), plus part of victorious 200 medley relay (1:42.47) and 400 medley relay (3:45.26) as well as second-place 200 freestyle relay (1:33.34) ... At NEISDA Championships, finished 14th in 50 backstroke (27.07), plus part of top-seven finishes in 200 freestyle relay (1:31.33), 200 medley relay (1:42.92), and 400 medley relay (3:46.31) ... GNAC Men's Rookie of the Week.
Dugue competed for four years on the swim team and four years on the track & field team at Catholic Memorial High School. He was the captain of the swim team during his senior year, when he earned Catholic Conference All-Star recognition. He was a three-time qualifier for the Sectionals and MIAA State Championships.
Dugue participated with the Dolphin Swim Club for 10 years.
Dugue was born in Boston, Mass. His parents are Cholette and Jonas Dugue. He has an older brother named Ralph and a younger brother named Kenny. He is majoring in biology with a pre-med concentration.
