Aamyr Sullivan (Middletown, N.Y.) contributed 15 points and eight assists, while Devon Reid (Queens, N.Y.) came off the bench to add 19 points on 6-of-10 shooting in his collegiate debut.

How it Happened
Anna Maria opened the game strong jumping out to a 14–1 lead fueled by early baskets from Lucas Miglionico and McKrieth. Harvey sparked the offense with several layups, and Reid hit back-to-back buckets to trim the deficit. Midway through the half, Regis trailed 18–8, but improved defense and rebounding helped narrow the gap. Around the eight minute mark, Harvey and Sullivan would start a 14–2 run for the Pride to give them the brief lead (26–24), but Anna Maria responded, ending the half up 31-29.
Anna Maria opened the second half with early baskets pushing the lead to 38–33. From there, the Pride seized control with a dominant run fueled by perimeter shooting and defensive stops. With under nine minutes to play, Sullivan and Gehrig Brynda combined for 13 points before a Reid three gave the Pride their frist double-digit lead at 65-55. Anna Maria battled back, trimming the margin to single digits late, but Regis sealed the win at the free-throw line in the final minute to steal the 77-71 victory.
