Bio

Krystal DePaolo joined the Regis College athletics staff as head women’s lacrosse coach in January 2026, and will enter her second season at the helm in the 2026-27 academic year.

Prior to Regis

DePaolo brings more than a decade of coaching and administrative experience across the high school and collegiate levels. Most recently, she served as the Varsity Girls Lacrosse Head Coach at Medway High School, where she led all aspects of the program while building a strong culture centered on sportsmanship and competitiveness. During her tenure, she guided Medway to the 2025 Tri-Valley League Small Team Sportsmanship Award and a championship run at the US Lacrosse National Tournament, where her team captured the Green Division title after defeating top-seeded opponents on the road.

Prior to Medway, she led the Methuen High School girls lacrosse program, where she helped guide the team to its first-ever MIAA Tournament appearance and two MVC 2 Championships. She was named MVC Coach of the Year in 2013 and developed multiple all-conference and all-star student-athletes while elevating the program’s competitive profile.

DePaolo also gained collegiate coaching and administrative experience at Dean College, where she served as Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach, Director of Compliance, and Senior Woman Administrator from 2016–2019. In that role, she oversaw all aspects of the NCAA Division III women’s lacrosse program during its provisional membership period, supervised compliance for 15 varsity sports, and advised the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Her teams also earned numerous academic honors across IWLCA, USCAA, NECC, and independent All-Academic teams.

She additionally served as an assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Frostburg State University, where she supported recruiting, academic monitoring, goalkeeper development, and overall program operations.

Athletic Career

During her time at Lasell, DePaolo was a member of both the women's lacrosse and field hockey programs.
