TEANNA MONTOYA TO JOIN WOMEN'S TENNIS PROGRAM
Weston, Mass.—Regis College head coach John Ciarleglio recently announced that Teanna Montoya (Edgartown, Mass.) plans to play for the women’s tennis team this fall. Montoya’s skills on the court earned her a spot on the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School varsity team.

Weston, Mass.—Endicott College wasted little time dispatching it’s the Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent, defeating Regis College 9-0 Sunday. Kate Cioffi (Essex, V.T.) handed Megan McCarthy (Norfolk, Mass.), the Pride’s most dominant player, her first loss in two seasons.

Paxton, Mass.- The Anna Maria College women’s tennis team defeated Regis College 7-2 to capture their first The Commonwealth Coast Conference win in the program’s young history. The AMCATS improve their record to 3-9 overall and 1-9 in the TCCC, while the Pride drop to 0-9 on the year and 0-8 in the conference.

SUFFOLK RAMS TAKE SEASON OPENER FROM PRIDE
Cambridge, MA – The Suffolk University Women’s Tennis team picked up their first win of the 2009 season, defeating Regis College 6-1 in their season opener on Thursday afternoon. Defending GNAC Rookie of the Year Lauren Cameron (Kingston, Jamaica) picked up right where she left off last fall winning in straights sets 6-0, 6-0 over freshman Caitlin Fitzgerald (Lynn, MA) in the two position for the Rams.

Weston, Mass.—Everyone loves and remembers sports picture day. Regis fall sport athletes are set to take individual photos Sunday at 2 pm. Men and women’s soccer, field hockey, tennis, and volleyball are set to take headshots, along with new coaches and staff members.

Weston, Mass—Regis College would only have two player’s pick-up wins against The Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Gordon College Friday 6-3. Gordon College (5-7, 4-5 TCCC) easily won in singles play. The Scots Kate Kirby would withdraw from the number one singles position due to injury, giving Megan McCarty the win.
