Liz Conant is in her second year as the head coach of Regis College women's soccer and women's lacrosse. In addition to her coaching duties, Conant is a member of the Health and Fitness Studies (HFS) Department and teaches two courses, Sport Event Management and Promotions and Facilities Operations and Management. Conant holds Level One (online and instructional) certifications from US Lacrosse and she earned her National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, as well as an "E" license from the United States Soccer Federation.

Conant grew up locally and graduated from Wayland High School as a 12-season athlete. She was a four-year competitor for Wheaton College (MA) in soccer and lacrosse. She earned her bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Wheaton in 1997 before going on to earn two master's degrees. In 2000, she received her Master's of Education with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Springfield College. From 2000-2007, Conant worked at Miss Porter's School in Farmington, CT in a variety of roles including Athletic Director, Director of the Athletic Experience Camp, Assistant Athletic Director, Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach, Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach, and Head JV Squash Coach. In 2009, Conant received her Master's in Sport Management from the University of Texas at Austin.

Highlights from the Fall 2011 Women's Soccer Season:
- Earned NECC first round playoff berth as the 7th seed.
- Final win/loss record of 8-8.
- Tied the women's soccer highest winning percentage record (.500) set in 1998.
- Two players, Adena Joseph and Kristen Abreu earned 2nd NECC All-Conference honors; Kara Donovan was recognized with All-Conference Honorable Mention.
- Four players made the NECC All-Academic Team: Kelly Cadigan, Kara Donovan, Beth Frye, and Michelle Sirois.

Highlights from the Spring 2011 Women's Lacrosse Season:
- Awarded the Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Team Sportsmanship Award.
- Finished the 2011 season with 4-12 record.
- The highest ever winning percentage (.250).
- The team scored a total of 115 goals, exceeding the previous best by 59 goals (56 goals in 2010).
- The Women's Lacrosse team won its first-ever TCCC game against Anna Maria, 13-8, on April 16, 2011.
- Women's Lacrosse player Teresa Busiek was the first Regis WLAX player to be recognized with All League Honorable Mention honors.
- Busiek earned the distinction of being the 2011 NCAA Women's Lacrosse Division III Statistical Champion in Ground Ball Controls category.
- Finally, Conant published an article titled "Implementing a Zone Defense to Play at Your Own Pace" in the May/June 2011 issue of Coach & AD Magazine.

Highlights from the 2010 Women's Soccer Season:
- The 2010 Women's Soccer team won the Regis College Athletic Department "Burling Team Award" for Academic Excellence and highest overall team GPA.
- Earned the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Team Academic Award. The Pride posted a cumulative GPA of 3.15.
- Women's Soccer finished with 3-15-1 record, and the team Win/Loss percentage was highest since the 2006-2007 season.
