Weston, Mass.It was cold that Tuesday afternoon, rainy even. But neither would stop the first-year mens lacrosse program from taking the field against Daniel Webster. The Pride battled from the opening whistle, scoring the first goal, and giving the Eagles a run for all its worth.

Junior Nichole Viola (Scarborough, Maine) scored seven goals while three others potted three goals each to lead the Salve Regina University womens lacrosse team to a 23-1 win over Regis (Mass.) College in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) action Monday afternoon at a wet and rainy Lawrence Avenue field.

GULLS TAKE FLIGHT VERSUS REGIS COLLEGE
BEVERLY, Mass. Endicott Colleges Valerie Feldman (Albany, N.Y.) handed out a career-high eight assists and also added a goal as the Gulls defeated Regis College, 22-0, on Saturday morning in The Commonwealth Coast Conference womens lacrosse action in Beverly, Mass. The Blue and Green improve to a perfect 9-0 in the TCCC and 11-3 overall while Regis drops to 1-10 and 0-8 in conference games.

Weston, Mass.The University of New England (9-2, 7-1 TCCC) scored 13 goals in the first half against conference foe Regis College (1-9, 0-7 TCCC) to win 17-2 Tuesday afternoon. The Noreasters Angel Jarmusz (Naperville, Ill.) scored four goals, a team-high, in the first half.

Weston, Mass.Freshman Katie Palasz (Granby, Mass.) scored four goals for New England College (6-5, 4-2 TCCC) in the first 15:00 minutes of its game versus Regis College Saturday. The Pilgrims defeated Regis College 21-4, to improve in The Commonwealth Coast Conference standings.

CREVIER MARKS GOAL IN LOSS TO ROGER WILLIAMS
Weston, Mass.Regis College (0-5, 0-3 TCCC) tallied one goal versus its The Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Roger Williams University (3-3. 2-1 TCCC) as the Pride fell 12-1 to the Hawks Saturday. Regis solo goal was scored by Teresa Crevier (Milford, Mass.), her 14th goal of the season for Regis.

Weston, Mass.Teresa Crevier (Milford, Mass.) scored two goals for Regis College (0-5, 0-3 TCCC) in a 21-3 loss to Husson College (2-1-1) Sunday. Crevier leads Regis with 11 goals on the season.

REGIS BATTLES VERSUS BISON
DUDLEY, Mass. (March 27) The Nichols College womens lacrosse team scored five first-half goals and held off a late attack by the Regis Pride to win its first The Commonwealth Coast Conference game of the season, 9-7, Saturday afternoon on Vendetti Field. Nichols improves to 2-2 overall and 1-1 in TCCC action, while Regis still searches for its first win of the year at 0-4 and 0-2 in conference play.

CREVIER TALLIES SIX GOALS IN REGIS' 8-POINT SHOWING
PAXTON, Mass. Katie Schebel (Ludlow, Mass.) set the school record for points (10) and goals (8) in a match, as the Anna Maria College women's lacrosse team captured the programs first-ever The Commonwealth Coast Conference victory with a 15-8 win over the Pride of Regis College. Schebel also finished with an impressive seven draw controls and five ground balls to help improve the AMCATS to 2-5 (1-2 TCCC) on the season, while Regis falls to 0-3 (0-2 TCCC).

March 22, 2010 (Newton Centre, MA) Junior attacker Jen Thompson (Easton, MD) powered the Mount Ida College attack with eight goals and two assists for 10 points to lead the Mustangs to the programs first home victory this afternoon, defeating Regis College 17-4.

CREVIER SCORES OPENING SEASON GOAL FOR PRIDE
Weston, Mass.Rachel Robichaud (Billerica, Mass.) posted a game-high five goals as she helped lead Curry College (4-1, 1-0 TCCC) to a 26-1 defeat of Regis College (0-1, 0-1 TCCC) Saturday. Regis was elevated to varsity status after having competed at the club level in 2009.

IT'S SIMPLE, IT'S CLASSIC, AND IT'S REGIS COLLEGE ATHLETICS NEW LOGO
Weston, Mass.Regis College Athletics has been making steady upgrades since December 2008 to become more competitive, and on par with similar athletic departments. The first of many unveilings will be the athletic departments newly designed logo. Created by Phoenix Design Works, Regis College will upgrade from its two lions representation to a more regal design.

ATHLETES ANTICIPATE FIELD COMPLETION
Weston, Mass.Similar to a child waiting to open presents on their birthday we are awaiting the completion of the new outdoor facilities. Knock on wood they are all finished by the projected September completion date.
