Paul Falewicz joined the program in September 2009. Serving as assistant coach, Falewicz will be responsible for fundamental defensive and offensive breakdown, and post player development.

Also, he will assist the program with recruiting, opponent scouting, and player personnel evaluations.

Falewicz has spent time coaching at Lasell College and Mount Ida College, both for two years. He is a graduate of UMass.-Lowell, and earned his MBA in 2005.

Personal:
His spouse's name is Gail, and he has two children, Michael and Hannah.

Falewicz hopes to become president of the United States, and his favorite team is the Boston Red Sox.
