Weston, Mass.Regis College (5-16, 3-13 NECVA) mens volleyball lost to the Elms College Blazers 3-0 (30-20, 30-20, 30-17) Wednesday night in the Regis College Athletic Arena. Freshman Thomas Paoletta (Plastow, N.H.) had 11 assists on the night for Regis.

Weston, Mass.Regis College (4-19, 0-10 NECVA) mens volleyball lost 3-0 in dual weekend matches versus Emerson (30-21, 30-15, 30-21) and Daniel Webster. The Prides Andrew Carroll (Natick, Mass.) had 37 total attacks with eight kills.

PRIDE ADD TWO MORE WINS TO SEASON IN WEEKEND TOURNAMENT
Weston, Mass.The first-year Regis College mens volleyball program added two more wins Sunday in the Medgar Evers Tournament hosted by Medgar Evers College. Regis College (4-16, 0-8 NECVA) defeated Medgar Evers 3-0 (30-25, 30-28, 30-22) and St. Josephs of Brooklyn 3-1 (30-25, 30-19, 18-30, 30-28) Sunday.

CARROLL POST VOLLEYBALL'S FIRST EVER DOUBLE-DOUBLE
Weston, Mass.Freshman Andrew Carroll is the first mens volleyball player to post a double-double with 24 kills and 11 digs against Albertus Magnus. Regis College (2-15) won its second match of the season Tuesday defeating Albertus 3-2.

PRIDE TAKE A GAME FROM NEWBURY IN MT. IDA
Saturday, February 20, 2010 - In the third and final match of the day the Mount Ida College mens volleyball team hosted visiting NECVA opponent Regis College in Newton, Massachusetts. The Mustangs captured the 3-1 match victory by scores of 30-13, 30-22, 28-30, and 30-21. Mount Ida improves to 5-8 overall and remain at 2-5 in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC).

Troy Tamas compiled 14 kills, eight aces, five digs, three blocks, and two assists for MIT (10-4, 5-2 NECVA). Eric Reuland racked up 11 kills, six digs, three aces, and three assists while Benson George tallied eight kills, three blocks, and two aces.

ENDICOTT SOARS OVER REGIS IN MEN'S VOLLEYBALL
BEVERLY, Mass. The Endicott College mens volleyball team cruised to an easy 3-0 victory over visiting Regis College on Tuesday night in North East Collegiate Volleyball Association New England Division action in Beverly, Mass. The Gulls downed the Pride in straight sets with scores of 30-13, 30-9 and 30-12 to improve to 6-2 overall and 3-0 in the NECVA New England Division. Regis falls to 0-8 and 0-3 in league games while the first year program continues to search for its first win.

Weston, Mass.Everyone loves and remembers sports picture day. Regis fall sport athletes are set to take individual photos Sunday at 2 pm. Men and womens soccer, field hockey, tennis, and volleyball are set to take headshots, along with new coaches and staff members.
