Christine Kloiber
Bio

Christine Kloiber is the Head Track & Field Coach at Regis College. Under her tenure, the women's squad has systemically rewritten the All-Time Regis Performance list and posted numerous record-setting performances including: 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 relays; shot put, long jump, and 200- & 400-meter dashes. Meanwhile, though the men’s squad was only just added in 2009, by the 2010-11 season, her team had already produced a New England Division III and ECAC Division III qualifier. Passionate for the sport and committed to her athletes, Kloiber looks to individualize training as much as possible for each team member to achieve success in their athletic goals while also overseeing that each athlete is successfully adhering to their academic responsibilities.

Kloiber has earned her Level II USA Track & Field Certification in the Sprints/Hurdles/Relays, Jumps and Endurance event groups, and is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is an active coordinator in track & field events where possible (including multiple U.S. Indoor National Championships and the 2004 Olympic Trials, where she was a member of the Competition Committee), and has also served on the Board of Governors as an Athletes' Representative for the governing track & field body of New England (USATF-NE). A long-time supporter of local track and field development opportunities, she has most recently helped bring the USATF-New England Outdoor Championships to Regis College in 2010 and 2011 in addition to the 2011 Outdoor Bay State Championships.
