The Regis College Department of Sports Marketing and Communications coordinates all of the advertising campaigns, promotions, and in-game entertainment atmosphere, along with the student activities department for basketball, soccer, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, and tennis. The staff is responsible for the production of posters, schedule cards, and promotional materials given away during games.

Outside of in-game entertainment, the department also works with the game management staff and student activities departments to provide non-student-athletes the opportunity to participate in sports by taking part in the intramural sport programs offered during the fall and spring of each year.

The Office of Sports Communication is responsible for updating the department's official athletic Web site,, its Twitter and FaceBook pages, as well as covering the programs 16 varsity sports and athletes. It is also the liaison between the media and sports department to enhance the coverage of its sports.

Department of Sports Marketing Internship is open for all current or enrolling students to Regis College. If you are interested in the areas of promotions, communication, event management, community service or entertainment, this internship is for you.

As a part of the internship program qualified candidates will be relied upon to coordinate the department's annual homecoming student pep rally, develop and implement season-long and game day promotions for all 16 sports, coordinate community service initiatives for teams and players to gain exposure for the programs.

Candidates will also be responsible for overseeing game day and special events as directed by the department supervisor.
